allsani offers you the opportunity to conveniently pay per invoice.

Payment with credit card

Credit card payments are handled by our external provider PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and more. You can pay through PayPal by credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Of course you can also pay by PayPal.

Payment by cash on delivery

If your order will be shipped within Germany, we also offer the possibility to pay cash on delivery. If you decide so, the available products will be dispatched immediately. Please note, however, that the payment amount will then increase to 3.90 Euros. Also, the postal service charges a fee of 2.00 Euros, which must be paid additionally to the postman.

Pay in advance

Shipping within Germany

How much is the shipping?
From an order value of 25, - €, shipping within Germany is free of charge. Your goods will be sent as an insured package via DHL. Please note, however, that the payment amount will then increase to 3.90 Euros. The postal service also charges a fee of 2.00 Euros, which must be paid additionally to the postman. Please also note that when shipping to a country outside the EU an additional fee by the duty may arise.
When will my order arrive?
Our goods are exclusively stock goods. Therefore, the delivery time should be normally between 3 and 7 working days.
Is it possible to have my order shipped to a different address?
Of course it is also possible to use a different delivery address. You can have your order, for example, delivered to the workplace. When you place your order, just add the address to which you want to receive the delivery.

Shipping to German packing station

In short, yes. There is the possibility to have the ordered goods delivered to a packing station of your choice.

To your advantage: You do not have to be at home to receive your package in person. You can pick it up anytime at the relevant packing station. DHL will notify you per e-mail or text message when the receipt of your delivery is at the station.

How do you deliver to a Packstation?
Easily select delivery to "packing station" and allsani will deliver the goods to the selected packing station of your choice (within Germany). There are no additional costs for this shipping option.

To use this service, you need to register with DHL. More information can be found on the website of DHL at:

If you choose the shipping method "Packstation", you will be asked for your personal mail number. This is your DHL account number that you have received after registering with DHL. You can find this information additionally on your DHL Gold Card (if available). Please select a packing station and input your number in the box provided.

You have the option to revoke the contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins with receipt of this instruction in writing, but not before the goods reach the recipient (in case of recurrent delivery of similar goods, not before the first partial delivery). To ensure the withdrawal period, the timely dispatch for the cancellation of the goods is important. 30-day return policy

We have total confidence in our products. Therefore we offer in addition to the 14 days of legal right to return, an additional 16 days to return the goods to us. Excludes opened merchandise.

How can I make use of the 30-day return policy?
Once the return is received by us, we will refund your money.Please observe that in the case of damage or wear to the goods, that allsani has the right to make a claim for compensation. Please refer to our terms & conditions.

When will the 30-day return policy applies?
The period begins within receipt of the goods, so once you have the order in your hands. From this point, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days to return the ordered goods to allsani.

Credit and Vouchers


Under "My account" you can view your current balance at allsani. Differential amounts of allsani coupon codes will be accounted for here as credits. On request, the purchase price can be credited to the customer even if it is a return shipment. Did you refer new customers to Allsani? For every referred friend you get a 10 Euro credit towards your next purchase. You can earn credits and redeem them for anything you wish to purchase from Allsani. Unfortunately, a cash payout for one or more of your acquired vouchers is not possible.

How can I change my data?
Your personal information, such as E-mail address, address, etc., can be changed at any time under "My Account". To make changes, please log on our website ( with your email address and password.

I have forgotten my password. What to do?
We will send you a new password via email.

To request a new password, please click under the registration on the link: "Forgot password" and enter your e-mail address with which you are registered with us. A short time later, check your e-mail inbox to receive your new password.

Reward Points


At allsani with a new registration, a successful customer referal or a Product Review, you can receive loyalty points with which you can redeem for a discount on goods

How can I redeem the allsani loyalty points?

Who can I refer to?
In short: Everyone. To recommend allsani to your circle of friends, you will find all the information in your user account. If you have already completed a contract with allsani and are satisfied with us, please continue recommending your friends/customers to us. This will allow you to collect further credits to help you save on your next purchase. For every successful recommendation, we will give you 1000 loyalty points.

How can I refer customers?
First, log in with your e-mail address and password. Then there are two possibilities to refer friends or customers. Either you can enter their email addresses individually or distribute the special link to refer te customer.

What are the advantages?
Every new customer you refer increases your balance in the account! You can collect these credits and redeem or combine them as you wish.

When and how will I receive my credits?
Once the recruited new customer has signed a contract with allsani and not has cancelled within the return period, then the credit(s) will be added to your credit account. Overall, this process takes a processing time of 31 days to complete.

What are the conditions for the resulting credit?
The credit will be added automatically to your credit account as soon as one of your newly referred customers enter into a contract with allsani successfully. The credit will be on your credit account about 31 days after the completion of order. This credit can then be redeemed within 6 months. Unused credits will expire after 6 months. The credit can be used for orders from our entire product range.
